Travelling by air

 The following are estimated journey times to Cambridge from the airports by car. 

London Stansted                                              45 minutes

London Heathrow                                             1 hour 30 minutes

London Gatwick                                                1 hour 45 minutes

London Luton                                                    1 hour

London City                                                       1 hour 30 minutes

Travelling by road

National Express Coaches

National Express runs frequent bus services from Heathrow and Gatwick to Cambridge (Parkside, Parkers Piece). You will then be able to get a taxi for a short 10 minute ride straight to the venue. The Heathrow to Cambridge Journey time is 2 hours 20 minutes and the Gatwick to Cambridge journey time is 3 hours 45 minutes.

National express also runs coaches from Stansted and Luton Airports. The National Express website can be viewed HERE.

By car

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND DRIVING TO THE VENUE AS THERE IS NO PARKING. If you are attending for one day only, we recommend you park at your nearest ‘Park & Ride’ car park and then get a bus or taxi to the venue. Park & Ride sites can be viewed HERE. We recommend you enter your journey into the AA Route Planner. Robinson College postcode is CB3 9AN. 

 

Travelling by rail

Cambridge station is the nearest mainline station. There are frequent trains to Cambridge from both North and South and all can be viewed on the National Rail website HERE. From Cambridge station, you will need to get a taxi to Robinson College which will take approx 10 minutes.

From Heathrow Airport:

You need to get to Kings Cross station where you can catch an express train to Cambridge. The quickest option is to catch the Heathrow Express train http://www.heathrowexpress.com which would take you to Paddington station in London. 
You can then pick up the underground from Paddington to London Kings Cross which is only 5 stops away on the Circle Line. 

From London Kings Cross you can catch a direct train to Cambridge which departs at 15 minutes and 45 minutes past every hour (depending on the time of day) .

Alternatively you can take the underground to London Liverpool Street and catch the train to Cambridge station.
